Due to government policy changes a division that supports Healthcare for the government needed to be able to quickly accept new applications for benefits. Numerous providers needed to interact with the government program in order to to support the new policies put in place.

Sterling Integrator and Sterling File Gateway was in place at that time to support the older program, and was configured with over 20,000 mailboxes.

Solution:
Bridge Solutions Group assisted in rapidly deploying new Sterling infrastructure to support the immediate need; In implementing multiple clusters to address the future needs; and initiating capacity planning and long-term architectural definition/ implementation to create a highly scalable and robust environment.

Upgraded from Sterling GIS 4.3 to 5.1 to support the higher volumes as well as provide additional functionality in supporting the new requirements.

Bridge Solutions Group Integrations Services developed custom code to automate the creation of mailboxes, trading partner profiles and dynamic routing rules based upon customer and application requirements.
