My favorite moment so far with Bridge Solutions was this story told by one of our customers while presenting at a major IBM conference: (Summarized)

"For our first Order Management Replacement attempt, we used one of the big, top ten consulting companies (not named). They came in with hordes of consultants, ran the project from end-to-end, and constantly told us that 'what we do is just not that hard.' Eventually we started to believe them. That project had, at one point, over 60 consultants working on it, and it was ultimately a costly failure for a plethora of reasons. So when we decided to try again, we looked for someone who would partner with us and truly understand our business.
